Ah! Another barbeque

Right, I've had a bit to drink. We went to another barbeque this evening.

Can someone tell me what the point of ribs are? The meat that's on them is quite nice, but there never seems to be a lot of meat on them. Am I missing something? Is there a super secret way of eating them so that you don't get messy?

Chinese flavour chicken is Teh Aces though.

I think half the fun of ribs is allowing yourself to be messy !

Our local Chinese does huuuuge ribs - much better than those weeny racks you get in the frozen compartments in Safeways.

What animal they get them from I don't know..., and I'm not sure I want to know. Not Bronosaurus, anyhoo.

It's all about the mess. Except for the part that's all about the sauce. There was sauce, wasn't there?
